More regional schools to benefit from solar

Stage one of the Solar Schools initiative commenced in 2020 and successfully delivered rooftop solar systems to 30 schools across regional WA.

Due to its success, the program was expanded to a further 28 schools across Western Australia’s northwest regions, with an additional $4.6 million investment as a part of the State Government’s $45 million Schools Clean Energy Technology Fund.

Stage two of the Solar Schools initiative is due to be completed by mid-2023.

Keeping it local
